Over the last decade, the Porsche 911 RSR has left an indelible mark in the GTE-Pro class with 18 race wins, five world champion titles and three class victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi with #51 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo finished fifth in class at Bahrain clinching second consecutive Drivers FIA World Endurance Championship. With victory of sister #52, Ferrari clinches Manufacturers FIA World Endurance Championship.

Last appearance of LMGTE PRO in WEC. Qualifications session saw both Porsche and Ferrari cars within 0,329 seconds sharing the two front lines ahead of Corvette #64 penalised by BoP.

FIA WEC Season 2021: 8 Hours of Bahrain LMGTE race

Ferrari got the double by winning in both classes and clinching the PRO and AM titles. No discussion in GTE AM class where François Perrodo, Nicklas Nielsen and Alessio Rovera dominated the championship and the race. In GTE PRO class, Alessandro Pier Guidi took the win after taking Christensen out of track. Three days after, Ferrari was officially crowned 2021 FIA World Endurance GTE Manufacturer’s Champion and James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi have been named World Endurance GTE Driver’s Champions.

AF Corse's with the Ferrari 488 GTE Evo triumphed in the LMGTE Pro and LMGTE Am classes. Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado and Côme Ledogar at the wheel of the #51 Ferrari won the LMGTE Pro class, while Nicklas Nielsen, François Perrodo and Alessio Rovera won the LMGTE Am class.

FIA WEC LMGTE PRO Season 7, Race 7/8: 6 Hours of Spa 2019.

Spa-Francorchamps did go past its reputation of generating tough races for the 7th of the Super Season. It was even a chaotic race with alternate weather conditions dry, rain, snow, sleet, hail… the four seasons during the 6 hours!

The start was delayed due to the cold so that track temperature could reach the minimum 5°. Literally minutes later a storm blew in and before long the snow was falling again. And that’s pretty much how the race went as weather conditions cycled between clear and sunny to wet and windy as virtually every form of water fell from the skies.

FIA WEC LMGTE PRO Season 7, Race 6/8: 1.000 miles of Sebring 2019.

WEC came back to its roots (WEC started in 2012 at Sebring) for the second time in 2019. It was the 6th race (out of 8) of the Super Season 2018-2019.

Lots of actions during the 1.000 Miles of Sebring 2019, as one count 19 different leaders during the race with 4 different manufacturers Porsche, Ford, BMW and Aston Martin.

Third race of the SuperSeason, third manufacturer win. After Ford at Francorchamps, Porsche at Le Mans, the 6 hours of Silverstone were won by AF Corse Ferrari 488 GTE #51 A. Pier Guidi and J. Calado.
