Boyd alone under 1:41” mark

Wayne Boyd was the fastest driver of combined sessions setting a 1:40.870 with #23 United Autosports McLaren 720S LMGT3 Evo during the first session of both test days.

Tom Fleming (#86 GR Racing Ferrari 296 LMGT3) was the fastest of the Ferrari drivers during the Prologue in 1:41.273 set during the day 2 morning session (S4). His teammate Riccardo Pera was among the fastest of the 1st session in 1:41.908 which is the 8th fastest lap among the LMGT3 drivers during the Prologue.

Ben Tuck and Daniel Serra (#57 Kessel Racing Ferrari 296 LMGT3) did set the 3rd and 4th fastest lap of LMGT3 drivers in 1:41.515 (during day 2 morning session for Tuck (S4)) and 1:41.551 (during the first session for Serra).

Valentin Hasse Clot was the last of six drivers under the 1:42” mark during day 2 morning session (S4) with #59 Racing Spirit of Leman Aston Martin Vantage AMR LMGT3 in 1:41. 994. No other LMGT3 driver were able to drive a fast lap under the 1:42” during the 5 Prologue’sessions.

ELMS action resumes on Friday

  • 1st Free Practice session for the season-opening 4 Hours of Barcelona which starts at 11:50 a.m. CEST (5:50 a.m. EDT);

  • A 30’ Bronze Driver Collective Test is planned at 4:10 p.m. CEST (10:10 a.m. EDT).

Saturday ELMS schedule is a follow:

  • Free Practice 2 at 10:10 a.m. CEST (4:10 a.m. EDT);

  • Qualifying at 1:55 p.m. CEST (7:55 a.m. EDT).

Race starts at 12:00 CEST (6:00 a.m. EDT)
