Despite starting from the last position (7th) in the Dpi class with their #10 Konica Minolta Acura ARX-05 (penalty for a wing angle infraction after Saturdayβs qualification session), Filipe Albuquerque slotted his car in 5th and in 4th after Nunez, then second, usher off the road while lapping GTD cars. After the pit stop cycle, Ricky Taylor was 3rd. After the last pit stops with a bit more than 30β to go, Taylor was battling in front with Westbrook (Cadillac #5). Taylor kept the lead despite Westbrookβs tentative to run inside in turn 1 on the very last lap.

Despite starting 6th as Renger van der Zande went off course and into the tire barrier in the #01 Cadillac V-Performance Academy Cadillac during qualifications, he made several passes to claim second. Sebastien Bourdais had to serve a drive-through penalty for exceeding the pit lane speed limit and ended 5th.
Earl Bamber laid down the quickest time in warmup for the ROAR24 race after performing the second-fastest lap in qualifications putting his #02 Chip Ganassi Cadillac in first row. Alex Lynn started the race cautiously falling to 6th. A penalty for exceeding the pit lane speed limit made that both drivers didnβt score better than P6.
Tristan Nunez started from second row but got ushered off the road while lapping GTD cars handing the #31 Wheelen Engineering Racing Cadillac to Pipo Derani in 5th. Derani battled with Jarvis up-front between the 2 pit stops but ended last of the DPi class.
