What a race! #51 Iron Lynx Ferrari 488 GT3 driven by Cöme Ledogar, Nicklas Nielsen and Alessandro Pier Guidi have been leading since the 11th hour. #32 Audi R8 LMS GT3 has always been very close… moste of time within 10” taking the lead thanks to a smarter strategy when have rain started 45’ from the end. Alessadro Pier Guidi took the lead back thanks to his maestria in the rain.
GT 24 Hours of SPA 2021 pre-race news
Raffaele Marciello with #88 Mercedes-AMG Team AKKA ASP GT3 did snatch pole during Super Pole session being the only one to fly a lap under the 2’18”. That was 0.303” faster than Mirko Bortolotti.
This is the third straight pole position at the 24 Hours of Spa for Mercedes-AMG and the second consecutive for Marciello.

The 24 Hours of Spa 2014 were competitive, with 14 cars within 1 second on the grid and a mix of brands: Audi, Ferrari, Mercedes, Bentley, McLaren, BMW, Aston Martin and Nissan in the first thirteen positions.
GT 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps 2014: the race
The fight for the lead was intense throughout the race. René Rast swooped down on the then-leading BMW Z4 GT3 Team Marc VDS #77 and passed it within 20 minutes from the finish. The Audi R8 LMS # 1 of Laurens Vanthoor, Markus Winkelhock and René Rast won.
GT 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps 2010
After Strong domination of the Schnitzer team BMW #79 run by the 3 Dirk (Werner, Müller, Adorf) until 35 minutes to go, Romain Dumas, Jorg Bergmeister, Martin Ragginer and Wolf Henzler won the 2010 edition of the 24 Hours of Spa with the BMS Scuderia Italia Porsche 997 GT3-RSR.
It was the second 24 Hours of Spa victory for the team and fifth for Porsche.
Dumas was the first man to win both Spa 24 and Le Mans 24 in the same year since Luigi Chinetti in 1949.
GT 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps 2007
The 60th edition of the 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps was run under varying weather conditions with heavy. The lead was then shared by the #33 Jetalliance Aston Martin, both Vitaphone Racing Maseratis, the Scuderia Playteam Maserati, the PK Carsport and Carsport Holland Corvettes.
The Carsport Holland Corvette #5 took over the lead with one hour before to go and victory with a margin of 1:17.756.

The trio Andrea Bertolini, Michael Bartels, Eric van de Poele driving Vitaphone Racing Team Maserati MC12 GT1 #1, won the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps 2006. That was Eric van de Poele’s 4th victory at the Belgian endurance classic
GT 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps 2005
The trio Eric van de Poele, Michael Bartels and Timo Scheider driving Vitaphone Racing Maserati MC12 GT1 #9 dominated outrageously, both in the qualifications and the race. Their only challenger was sister car #10, which was the last car to abandon. The first Ferrari ended 9 laps behind.
