TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa 2022: Test Days

65 GT3 were at Spa-Francorchamps Tuesday and Wednesday for the test of the TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa that’ll be run July 30 and 31.

Lots of ELMS, IMSA and WEC GT drivers were present with 23 PRO teams and 14 GOLD teams for the third round of the FANATEC GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE POWERED BY AWS ENDURANCE CUP and the seventh of the FANATEC GT WORLD CHALLENGE EUROPE POWERED BY AWS.

The best times achieved by combining the 4 test sessions are not representative of the hierarchy of the entry list but can give us an indication of the forces involved.

Charles Weerts in the Team WRT Audi R8 LMS Evo II GT3 #32 Audi did set the fastest time Tuesday morning before his teammate Dries Vanthoor confirmed the velocity of the car by setting the fastest lap in the afternoon just 0.029 sec. slower.
