WEC- 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps: Free practices

Hypercars top 5 of combined free practices
Despite a wet track at the beginning of third free practice, many drivers improved their times from the day before on a track that gradually dried out. Brendon Hartley (Toyota #8), James Calaldo (Ferrari #51), Kamui Kobayashi (Toyota #7) and Nico Müller (Peugeot #94) are ahead of Sebastien Buemi (Toyota #8), who remains fifth of 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps combined practices per driver with his best lap set during free practice 2. Note that those five drivers are within on second from Hartley’s best lap.
Per team, Richard Westbrook with Cadillac #2 set his car in P5 of overall ranking (combined practices).
James Calaldo with #51 Ferrari 499P was 0.189 sec. slower than Hartley (Toyota #8).
Team Principal and driver of Toyota GR010 Hybrid #7 was third of this morning free practice 0.278 sec. slower than Hartley. Those three drivers are above the others who are more than 0,94 sec. behind Hartley benchmark of combined practices.
A peugeot 9X8 is tiptoeing into the top 4 for the first time in this world endurance championship thanks to Nico Müller on #94.
Considering that Buemi's time is slower than that of his teammate Hartley in the same car, his time does not count for the establishment of the combined team classification. Thus, Richard Westbrook, who achieved the fifth best performance today, places his #2 Cadillac in fifth position of the combined tests.
