Cadillac, vexed at Qatar, with 4 cars at Le Mans
A contact with each other while running 1-2 and a throttle issue vexed Cadillac Racing for its maiden WEC victory. Cadillac is now looking ahead for Le Mans with four entries.
Ferrari in pole, BMW in front row for Qatar 1812km
Ferrari #51 will start from pole tomorrow’s race at 2pm with #15 BMW M Hybrid V8 also in front row while both Cadillac V-Series.R are in the top 5.
Cadillac and Ferrari dominate Day 1 Free Practices
Both free practices today were dominated by Cadillac and Ferrari with Ferrari #51 posting the fastest lap during FP1 and Cadillac #12 being the fastest of FP2 which turned out to be the fastest session of the day for many drivers.
