Jack Aitken with #34 Racing Team Turkey Oreca-Gibson took the teams first pole position. With the point earned for pole, Racing Team Turkey and its drivers have now a 23-point lead in the LMP2 Pro-Am championship, with the #88 AF Corse and are 24 points ahead of #24 Nielsen Racing Oreca. As Aitken said during the press conference, it is just about finishing the race to clinch both teams and drivers championships.

Louis Deletraz with #9 Prema Racing took the lead of the session twice which would’ve secured the Italian Team the 2022 ELMS Team and Driver titles ahead of tomorrow’s race but lost the pole by just 0.072s in the final time of the 10-minute session.
