Romain Dumas driving #708 Glickenhaus Racing did set the fastest lap in the first Free Practice session for the 1.000 miles of Sebring 2022, first round of the FIA World Endurance Championship.

Dumas is beating Matthieu Vaxiviere with #36 Alpine A480 Gibson second and Sebastien Buemi with #8 Toyota GR010 Hybrids ranked third.

Porsche GT Team claimed a one-two result in LMGTE-Pro with Kevin Estre in the #92 Porsche 911 RSR-19 beating his teammate Gianmmaria Bruni in the sister #91 by less than a tenth of a second.

The 3 #36 alpine A480 drivers were very consistent during FP2 with Matthieu Vaxivière and Andre Negrao topping the overall hierarchy with the fastest lap. Nicolas Lapierre was fifth overall. The three beat the other hypercars.

The two United Autosports Oreca were Second and Third overall with Paul di Resta (#23) beating his teammate Filipe Albuquerque (#22) by 0,018 sec.

In LMGTE class Michael Christensen with his Porsche 911 RSR-19 was the fastest beating Nick Tandy with his Corvette S8-R #64 by 0,092 sec.

Many drivers went to the fault at turn 13 for the first round of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
