6 manufacturers in top 10 of LMGT3 class

McLaren and BMW saw at least four drivers each under the 4:00.500 mark during Sunday’s Test Day at Le Mans. Corvette and Lamborghini Huracan LMGT3 EVO2 got two drivers each under the 4:00.400 mark. Aston Martin and Lexus have also one car in the top 10 of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Test Day.

Three cars under 4:00

The top three of the day, #82 TF SportCorvette Z06 GT3.R, #27 The Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage LMGT3 EVO and #31 BMW M Team WRT BMW M4 GT3 had a fastest lap under the 4:00 mark.

Sebastien Baud did set the LMGT3 Benchmark of the day in 3:59.583 with #82 TF SportCorvette Z06 GT3.R

Aston Martin Works driver Alex Ribeiras was second of the day in 3:59.920 with #27 The Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage LMGT3 EVO.

Augusto Farfus (also 3:59.920) and Sean Gelael (3:59.922) in the #31 BMW M Team WRT BMW M4 GT3 round the top four drivers under the 4:00 mark.

An additional 8 cars under the 4:00.500 mark

Kelvin van der Linde is the only driver to be in the top 20 LMGT3 drivers with a fastest lap set during the morning session in 4:00.106 which puts his #78 Lexus RC F LMGT3 in P4 of the Test Day.
