Sven Mueller aboard the #96 Rutronik Porsche 911 GT3 R did set the fastest lap of the day in 1:39.022 during the morning free practice. Four additional drivers were faster than Engel’s pre-qualif’s fastest lap:
Lucas Auer in #48 Winward Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo was second 0.081 sec. slower,
Dennis Marschall in the #97 Rutronik Porsche was third and first Bronze Cup,
Max Hofer was fourth and leader of the Gold Cup with #6 Liqui-Moly Team Engstler Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2
