Current Michelin Endurance Cup standings
Over half of the Michelin Endurance Cup is done as 7 opportunities to get points (out of 12) are already gone (4 opportunities at Daytona and 3 at Sebring). Three points only separate the top three drivers and teams.
Derani, Aitken and Sims are leading the drivers Cup as well as their #31 Whelen Engineering Racing Cadillac V-LMDh the teams Cup.
Louis Deletraz, Filipe Albuquerque and Ricky Taylor with #10 Konica Minolta Acura ARX-06 are second, two points behind. They are looking for a second consecutive victory in a row this weekend at The Glen.
Scott Dixon, Sebastien Bourdais and Renger van der Zande with #01 Cadillac Racing are third one point behind the #10 Acura team and drivers.
Scott Dixon will not be part of the #01 entry this weekend thus losing probably valuable points as 2 opportunities to score will be allocated at The Glen: one at mid-race and one at the finish.

Cadillac is currently leading both WeatherTech Sportscars Championship and Michelin Endurance Cup for Manufacturers thanks to the two victories at Sebring (#31 Whelen Engineering) and Laguna Beach (#01 Cadillac Racing).
