2 Porsche and 1 BMW within 5" with 5 hours to go
The two Porsche 963 entries fielded by Porsche Penske Motorsport are running first and second in Daytona with 5 hours to go. After 19 of 24 hours, Felipe Nasr, Nick Tandy, and Laurens Vanthoor maintain the lead ahead of teammates Matt Campbell, Mathieu Jaminet, and Kévin Estre. BMW M #24, Acura #60 are still within striking distance. In each other categories, at least 5 cars are within less than 10 seconds!
Both Porsche Penske Motorsport in the lead
After three thirds of the 24-hour race, the Porsche Penske Motorsport factory team is still battling for a second consecutive overall victory at the Daytona International Speedway. In cool air and track temperatures of around 8 degrees Celsius, the 520 kW (707 PS) Porsche 963 showed strong competitiveness during the night. Despite several yellow and safety car phases compressing the field, the cars consistently held the top two positions.
BMW and Acura still in the fight for victory
Kevin Magnussen in the #24 RLL BMW M Hybrid V8 fights head to head with Mathieu Jaminet in #6 Porsche for P2. Scott Dixon is 15” further in the #93 MSR Acura ARX-06 despite picking up a drive-through penalty for speeding in the pits.

#99 AO Racing leads LMP2
#99 AO Racing are fighting at the front of LMP2, #88 AF Corse, #8 Tower Motorsports and #18 ERA Motorsport car are still in the same lap.
BMW leads GTD PRO
Neil Verhagen leads GTD PRO for Paul Miller Racing in the #1 BMW M4 GT3 EVO. Two Corvette, two Ford and #69 Mercedes are within 10 seconds.

#13 AWA Corvette leads GTD
In GTD, 6 cars are within 9 seconds from Marvin Kirchhöfer who maintains his #13 AWA Corvette in the lead of GTD. 120 Porsche of Tom Sargent, #32 Mercedes-AMG of Kenton Koch, Robby Folly in #96 BMW, #27 Aston Martin of Zacharie Robichon, Indy Dontje with #57 Mercedes and Danny Formal’s #45 Lamborghini are right behind him.
