A bit later, Cameron will take the lead with Meyer Shank Racing W/Curb-Agajanian #60 Acura.

Harry Tincknell, Oliver Jarvis and Jonathan Bomarito won the 6 hours race with their # 55 Mazda RT24-P.

With one hour to go, a fourth safety car shook the running order, with Tincknell taking over the #60 Meyer Shank Racing Acura ARX-05 of Olivier Pla thanks to a brilliant short pit strategy by Mazda Motorsport.

That strategy of a single-tire stop and short fuel was key to the #55 Mazda win and was so well calculated that Tincknell ran out of fuel on the cool-down lap.

Pla, who won at the Glen two years ago with Tincknell and Bomarito, finished second with the # 60 Meyer Shank Racing Acura ARX-05.
