#23 Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT3 will start from pole at Lime Rock

It is not a surprise that the five professional drivers (rated Platinum or Gold by the FIA Driver Categorization) drivers did qualify ahead of the 15 Silver- or Bronze-rated drivers so that we see the 5 GTD PRO teams qualifying ahead of the GTD’s.
Ross Gunn was the fastest of the qualifying session at Lime Rock Park with #23 Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT3 in 50"593.

Gunn was 0"191 faster than Jack Hawksworth with #14 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3 and trois dixièmes ahead of #3 Corvette Racing Corvette C8.R GT3 driven by Antonio Garcia.

Jules Gounon at the wheel of WeatherTech Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO #79 was fourth, Patrick Pilet with #9 Pfaff Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R round the top 5.

Mike Skeen won his first IMSA class pole position and the first pole for Team Korthoff Motorsports in 2023, qualifying sixth overall and first in GTD with #32 Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO he shares with Mikaël Grenier.
