ELMS @ 4 Hours of Imola 2022: Qualifications

LMP2

Alessio Rivera with #88 AF Corse Oreca 07 will start from pole in tomorrow’s 4 Hours of Imola, #31 TDS Racing x Vaillante driven by Mathias Beche for the qualification session will start on front of the grid also as he made the second best performance during the qualification session this afternoon. Louis Delétraz with #9 Prema is third of LMP2 class and will start in second row.

It is a counter performance for Alexander Peroni with their Oreca 07 #47 from Algarve Pro Racing who end 7th after dominating both free session of the 4 Hours of Imola.

LMP3

Malthe Jakobsen with #17 Cool Racing Ligier will lead the LMP3 class as he was the fastest in qualification session. Together with his teammates Maurice Smith and Michael Bentham, they also dominated both free sessions.

GTE

Ahmad Al Harty with #69 Oman Racing with TF Sport Aston Martin Vantage dominated the GTE qualification session this afternoon.

Sarah Bovy with #83 Iron Lynx Ferrari 488 EVO GTE was second best in the exercise only 0,383 sec. behind Al Harty. If those two start the race tomorrow, the first stint of the race is going to be tight.

Andrew Haryanto with #18 Absolute Racing Porsche RSR 911 was third 0,952 sec. behind Al Harty.

The GTE qualification session was held by the bronze drivers only which is reflected in the performance of other drivers as P4 is more than 1 sec. behind Al Harty.

Race start tomorrow at 11:30.
